All our equipment is tried and tested at the point of manufacture in UK. We offer a 2 Year Extensive warranty coverage for your complete peace of mind.

Your two-year parts warranty means that, in the event of faulty part, we will repair or replace any genuine parts on your robot.

Our 2-year warranties includes parts to repair or replace (at our discretion) a product or part that has failed due to a manufacturers fault.

The warranty is based on either Return to Base or shipping parts to you and the customer is responsible for the delivery of faulty equipment to one of our factories.

We will deliver the repaired product back to you (free of charge to UK Mainland locations with ramp and/or lift access) once the repair or replacement has been completed/manufactured.

As well as extensive warranty on hardware our software is also built in house together with our circuit boards and all aspects of our Robots. 2 years software updates are Also included.

Safeguarding Your Warranty
We advise all clients to familiarise themselves with the usage instructions on all our Robots and Equipment. Making sure correct working conditions and environments are used at all times.
